Quick and Easy Romantic Gift

When I was getting married a young couple in our church came to our wedding shower. Their gift has not only stood out in my mind all these years, but has been a gift I have given many times to others. It is a unique gift that won't necessarily be forgotten quickly.

As a young couple getting married getting pots and pans, picture frames, towels and appliances is more than welcomed, it is usually very much needed. However, when they open up the Honeymooners Gift Basket, there is a little extra sparkle that shines in their eyes.

This basket is easy to make. You choose the bottle of champagne or sparkling cider, two long stemmed glasses and an assortment of chocolates. To this you can add a candle, maybe a book of poems and some roses.

Now all they have to do is remember to take it with them when they leave and enjoy a romantic evening together as husband and wife.

  5. Audrey, That is a great question. I would tie a big bow around the handle of the basket. With the glasses and roses it's a beautiful gift to look at.
